Grazie a una selezione frutto di anni di ricerche, potrete percorrere un excursus che attraversa tutto il ‘900: dai padri della grafica italiana come Dudovich, Cambellotti, Boccasile, Mauzan e Cappiello, passeremo ai grandi autori europei della nona arte come Pratt, Crepax, Bilal, Mattotti, Folon, Serpieri, Manara e Moebius, arrivando ai giovani talenti del XXI secolo come Ventura, Fior, Giandelli, Caimmi e Quarello.
L’asta verrà battuta il giorno 26 Marzo nella prestigiosa sede romana di Finarte.
Urania and Finarte are proud to present the special auction entirely dedicated to the world of illustration, 100 artworks by the most influential illustrators of the 20th century are the centerpiece of the Cereda collection.
Thanks to a selection that is the result of years of research, you will be able to walk through an excursus that spans the entire 20th century: from the fathers of Italian graphic design such as Dudovich, Cambellotti, Boccasile, Mauzan and Cappiello, we will move on to the great European authors of the ninth art such as Pratt, Crepax, Bilal, Mattotti, Folon, Serpieri, Manara and Moebius, arriving at the young talents of the 21st century such as Ventura, Fior, Giandelli, Caimmi and Quarello.
The auction will be auctioned on March 26th in Finarte’s Rome headquarters.
